"The Last Lawyer" & "A Sleeping Forest"

I’ve finished “The Last Lawyer” and “A Sleeping Forest” within one week. Coincidentally, they are both detective TV series, focusing on the importance of searching for truth.

The Last Lawyer” is a combination of “Crime Scene Investigation” and “Law and Order”. It is such a touching program that I was moved to tears for several times. However, I wonder if there is any lawyer still out there that is as sincere and conscionable as the leading character.

A Sleeping Forest” is more like “Kindaichi Case Files”, a traditional mystery series concentrating on well-plotted crimes and multiple murders. In addition, it addresses the importance of the past in a unique strategy. The leading actress who lost her childhood memories suffers from the fragments of the past, the scene in which her family was murdered. Yet, to find the real answer to his past is to recover her suppressed memories, which was replaced by someone else’s, by hypotenuses.

Personally, “A Sleeping Forest” reminds me that I also should undo the unreal reality in the past, recreate a new cognition for the previous relationship and then move on.
