A Small Cello Concert

During this afternoon’s presentations, one of the classmates brought her cello with her and played the Suit 1 Major of “6 Suites of Cello Solo”, by Johann Sebastian Bach. I was so touched by the notes that I was literally moved to tears.

As soon as I got home tonight, I played one of my favorite CDs, Cello Concerto in E minor by Elgar. (It is such a pity that I do not have the 6 suites at hand.) It was not until that moment did I realize that I had been lost the track of my classical pieces. Thanks to her performance, I reviewed most classical CDs with me tonight while I was writing my final paper.

Music really has healing power for suffered souls like me.

那位同學真的直接扛出大提琴當場拉奏一番,我超感動的(雖然音準有點...),只可惜我手邊沒有CD,只能複習Elgar的協奏曲。

不過Elgar's太感傷,現在的我應該比較適合聽無伴奏~
