YA! I can differentiate “stop” and “skiing” now.
After three hours’ practicing (several stumbles) in the morning, I made a huge leap from the beginner’s play ground to getting on the lift of the slope. Under Mouse’s guidance, I got familiar with the slope by skiing down through sharp “Z” track. At the beginning, I stumbled for numerous times, but I still tried the lift again and again. By three thirty in the afternoon, I finally “realized” how to make a quick stop and was confident to ski faster that I did.
Today’s skiing is the very first experience during which I really sensed the excitement of the sports.
