No. 7

I went to BSO for Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in A Major this afternoon.

It is heartening to hear his music in the music hall. As most people, the second movement is my favorite. I really enjoyed the elegant melody a lot. Lucky for me, I was sitting at the very front row. On the one hand, it was marvelous to appreciate the performance so close to the stage. On the other hand, since Beethoven’s music is characterized by the surge and passion, my ears are kind of over stimulated in a sense.

Still, I feel so lucky to have the opportunities to study at Boston for I can experience the BSO’s excellent performance.
