A New Adventure

My Korean roommate is taking a course from the School of Hospitality. She was asked to write a review of a restaurant. Luckily, I was invited to join the field trip. She located a special Cuban seafood eating place.

I ordered a Portuguese Steak dressed with garlic and she had a swordfish entrée for herself. Frankly speaking, the steak was a little bit over medium. However, since the flavor is so unique, I felt quite fortunate to have this opportunity to “explore” a new culture.

I have no ideas if the Portuguese Steak is authentically cooked, but I truly was impressed by the fresh taste.
