Boston Marathon

The Boston Marathon is held today, Patriot’s Day, the third Monday of April. Begun in 1897, it has become on one of the oldest and most popular professional marathon races in the world.

Of course, I was on of the spectators on the path. It was exciting to watch the race. All the spectators were standing along the path, acclaiming the racers. I stood at the perfect spot where there I could hear great Latin music. Some one moved his/her speaker on the fire escape and played the music out loud.

I felt so cheerful and excited in the passionate crowds. It was like we were having this giant party all together.
