My First German Lesson

I was surprised to know that the professor of my TESOL course is the author of Side by Side.

He is really an interesting person. He gave us a modeling presentation this afternoon. However, the language we were learning was not English. It was German! I was totally lost while he kept murmuring the German while other classmates seemed to quite get into the lessons.

I really felt frustrated! Not alone the difficult grammatical structure, the pronunciation itself was terribly challenging.
