I wish I had my landlord’s telephone number. The radiator in my room itself is warm, but it hardly radiates heat. I am suffering from the cold temperature in my OWN apartment. It is 0 °C outdoors today and it was 6 °C in my room this morning. When it gets colder in the winter, am I supposed to wear a snow coat indoors?
