Taiwan Storyland, located in the basement of the Mitsukoshi department store near Taipei Train Station, is a place where two or three graders can rediscover their childhood.
It’s an underground alley full of memorabilia collected by its owner Franky Wu. As one entered the Taiwan Storyland, he/she can experience an imaginary old Taiwanese township with traditional buildings, street lanterns, antique motors, old-fashioned posters and etc…
One thing drew my attention particularly: a dental clinic. It displayed all the out-dated equipments: the chair, gas tanks, the sink and etc… They all look so familiar to me yet so different from what is commonly used now.
It is really a pleasant experience to explore a new place in
