This afternoon, I went to Tam-Sui to visit my friends. I was surprised to find out that the Fisherman's Wharf is quite different now. The wharf becomes neatly designed and pedestrian-friendly. The river view is relaxing as well. Without the odor, it is sort of like
Yet, to enjoy the view, I had to develop an ability to ignore the background “music.” There were people (noise) everywhere. I tried to pretend they didn’t exist by staying close to the river side.
I don’t know why but I have got a sore throat just within three days. Am I too allergic to the messy air here, or am I too familiar with high quality air in Olympic? (I wonder if my ebullience is beginning to flag gradually without nature’s embrace.)
